Teens and tweens who are on a ketogenic diet will love these Keto Easter Egg Fat Bombs. They taste great and are full of healthy fats, so they make a great treat for Easter baskets.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Silicone egg molds
Instructions:
Its easy to melt coconut oil in a bowl that can go in the microwave
The vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and salt should all be mixed in with a whisk until the mixture is smooth
Fill up each silicone egg mold half way to the top with the mixture
Freeze the molds for 10 to 15 minutes to make them set
The fat bombs should be carefully popped out of the molds after they have set
The fat bombs should be kept in the fridge until they are time to serve
