This quick Italian herb baked tofu wrap is packed with flavor and makes for a satisfying meal in just 15 minutes. The baked tofu, seasoned with Italian herbs and garlic, pairs perfectly with the freshness of lettuce and tomato, all wrapped up in a warm tortilla.
Ingredients:
- 1 block tofu, pressed and sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
In a bowl, mix olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Coat tofu slices with the mixture
Place tofu slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 10-12 minutes until tofu is golden brown
Warm tortillas in the oven for 1-2 minutes
Place baked tofu, lettuce, tomato slices, and mozzarella cheese on each tortilla
Wrap tightly and serve immediately
