Bi Columbia

Enjoy these delicious vegan glazed chocolate donuts when youre craving something sweet. Theyre soft, fluffy, and have a rich chocolate glaze on top.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • For the glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2-3 tbsp almond milk

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up

Prepare a donut pan by greasing it

Whisk the cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl

The dry ingredients should be mixed with melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and maple syrup

Mix everything together well

Fill up each donut hole about three quarters of the way to the top with batter after the pan is ready

Put it in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

The donuts should cool in the pan for a few minutes before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down

In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and almond milk with a whisk until the mixture is smooth

Once the donuts are cool, dip them into the glaze and let any extra glaze drip off

After putting the glazed donuts back on the wire rack, wait about 10 minutes

Serve and have fun
