Vegan Waffle

Feel free to eat these tasty vegan waffles for breakfast or brunch. They are dairy- and egg-free, so they are a treat that doesnt hurt animals. Theyre fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

Add almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients

Mix until just combined, but dont overmix; its okay if there are some lumps

Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with oil or cooking spray

Pour the waffle batter onto the preheated waffle iron the amount depends on your waffle irons size, and cook according to the manufacturers instructions until golden brown and crispy

Carefully remove the waffle and repeat with the remaining batter

Serve your vegan waffles hot with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, fresh berries, or vegan whipped cream
