Chocolate Coconut Brownies

With these delicious brownies, savor the rich and creamy fusion of chocolate and coconut. Ideal for sating your desire for sweets

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

Grease and line an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper

In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar

Mix until well combined

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition

Stir in the vanilla extract

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined

Fold in the shredded coconut and chocolate chips

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs

Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes

Once cooled, lift the brownies out of the pan using the parchment paper and place them on a wire rack to cool completely

Cut into squares and enjoy your delicious Chocolate Coconut Brownies
