This creamy and tasty dip tastes like cheesy chicken enchiladas and is great for sharing with family and friends.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup diced green chilies
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Shred chicken, enchilada sauce, cheese, cream cheese, green chilies, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro together in a bowl
Combine well
Put the mixture in a baking dish
Leave the dip in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until its hot and bubbly
Served hot with corn chips
