Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a food processor, blend frozen banana slices until smooth
Add coconut milk and peppermint extract, continue blending until creamy
Fold in dairy-free dark chocolate chips
Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours until firm
