Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 450F 230C
Place the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture
In a mixing bowl, combine the squeezed zucchini, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, dried oregano, and garlic powder
Mix well until it forms a dough-like consistency
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the zucchini crust mixture into a thin, even circle or rectangle, shaping it like a traditional pizza crust
Bake the zucchini crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until it becomes golden and slightly crispy
Remove the crust from the oven and spread the sugar-free pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border for the crust
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add your chosen low-carb pizza toppings
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned
Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving
