Ingredients:

  • 1
  • 5 pounds of beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

For the marinade, put teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl and mix them together

Put the beef cubes in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again, and pour the marinade over them

Put the beef in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours with the lid on the dish or sealed bag on top

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Put the beef cubes that have been marinated on the wet wooden skewers, making sure there is some space between each one

Grill the skewers of beef for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them

While grilling, baste the meat with the rest of the marinade

Once the skewers are done, take them off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes

If you want, you can serve the Teriyaki Beef Skewers hot with chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top
