When its hot outside, these gluten-free Watermelon Mint Popsicles are a tasty and healthy treat. They are easy to make with just three simple ingredients and are great for cooling off while enjoying the sweet taste of watermelon and the cool taste of mint.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of fresh watermelon chunks
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup for a vegan option

Instructions:

Put the mint leaves and chunks of fresh watermelon in a blender

Mix until its smooth

Add maple syrup or honey to the blender and blend again until everything is well mixed

Place the mix into popsicle molds

Place a popsicle stick in each mold

Put the popsicles in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until they are completely frozen
