  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional
  • Ground nutmeg for garnish optional

Instructions:

Wrap parchment paper around an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm square baking pan, leaving extra on two sides to make it easy to take off

Put the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, eggnog, and unsalted butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave

In 20-second bursts, stir the mixture in the microwave until it is smooth and all melted

Add the vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt, and mix them in well

If you want, you can add the chopped walnuts now

Pour the fudge mix into the baking pan that has been prepared

Use a spatula to smooth the top

For a nice touch, you can sprinkle ground nutmeg on top

To make the fudge firm, put it in the fridge for at least two hours

With the extra pieces of parchment paper, you can lift the fudge out of the pan and set it down on a cutting board

Cut it up into little rectangles or squares

Serve your tasty Eggnog Fudge and enjoy it
