Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped parsley, and chopped thyme
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
